By operating or using any product manufactured or sold by Reel Free Corporation (the "Device"), you (the "User") agree to the following terms and conditions. Continued use signifies that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all risks and responsibilities described below.
The User acknowledges that using the Device carries inherent risks, including but not limited to malfunction, physical injury, or accidents. The User voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the operation and handling of this product.
The User agrees to accept full financial responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the Device, whether affecting the User or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, medical expenses, property damage, and associated costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the User releases and discharges Reel Free Corporation, including its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates ("Released Parties"), from all liability related to personal injury, property damage, or death resulting from the use or misuse of the Device.
The Device is not a substitute for supervision or professional medical equipment. It has not been clinically evaluated or proven to prevent falls, injuries, or emergencies.
The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reel Free Corporation and all Released Parties from any legal claims, demands, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) resulting from their use of the Device. This includes third-party claims or litigation caused by or related to the User’s actions.
By using the Device, the User confirms that they have reviewed this Liability Release in full and agree to adhere to all guidelines provided in the official user manual. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must not use the Device and should contact Reel Free Corporation for return or refund instructions.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions at checkout, the User also acknowledges and accepts this Liability Release and Waiver of Claims in full.
The User agrees to Reel Free Corporation’s refund policy, which allows for full refunds if the Device is returned within 30 days of receipt. The User understands and accepts that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and Reel Free Corporation does not provide or reimburse return shipping expenses.
This warranty covers your Buddy reel from Reel Free Corporation against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Accessories have no warranty. The optional paid warranty extends Buddy coverage to 3 years total from the original purchase date, not 4 years, and is non-refundable.
Reel Free Corporation provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use when the product is used and maintained as outlined in the Owner’s Manual. If a defect is found within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace the necessary parts free of charge. This warranty is valid only within the United States. Reel Free covers all shipping costs for covered Buddy warranty claims.
If an issue occurs during the warranty period, please contact our support team at service@reelfree.co. We’ll provide instructions to help resolve the issue, whether that means repair, replacement, or alternative support.
Any replacement or repair performed under this warranty will not reset or extend the original warranty period.
