🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
If your product has a defect or was damaged during shipping, we will exchange it at **zero cost**. Just contact us at service@reelfree.co.
Return Window: 30 days from the date of arrival.
Condition: We accept returns for new or slightly used products.

💰 Refund Process
No restocking fees.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to appear after Reel Free has processed it.
🛡️ 1-Year Warranty
All Reel Free products are covered under a one-year warranty. Contact us for warranty support.
Warranty support is intended for manufacturing defects under normal household use. Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or use outside the product instructions may not be covered.
Before You Ship a Return
Please email service@reelfree.co before sending a return so we can connect your package to the correct order. Include your name, order number, product being returned, and whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or warranty review.
Pack the item securely with all parts included when possible. For Buddy™ or tubing-related returns, remove any personal medical tubing that should not be returned and include only the Reel Free product components that came with your order.
